These terms apply to your use of araymondplumbing.com, our callback form, website chat and text messages from A Raymond Plumbing Inc. By using the website you agree to them.
Requests are not bookings
Sending a callback request or chat message asks us to contact you. It does not book an appointment or create a contract. A job is scheduled once we confirm it with you, and the work is governed by the estimate, work order, invoice or other written terms we give you for that job.
Prices and information on this site
We try to keep the website accurate, but service descriptions, examples and general pricing (such as our hourly labor rates) are information, not a quote. The price for your job is the one we give you for that job. Articles on this site are general guidance; for safety-critical work such as gas lines, call a licensed professional.
Reviews and job photos
Reviews shown on this site are copied from our public Google reviews. Job photos and the projects map come from our crew’s job check-ins; map locations are approximate on purpose.
Text message terms
- Program: A Raymond Plumbing Inc service messages, such as replies to your request, appointment confirmations and updates, and follow-ups after a job.
- Consent: you receive texts only if you agree to them, for example by checking the text-message box on our form or texting us first. Consent is not a condition of buying any service.
- Frequency: varies with your request and job.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
