We had a great experience with A Raymond Plumbing. We called with a plumbing emergency, and they were able to get a plumber to our house within 30 minutes, which was incredibly reassuring. Brandon was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. He took the time to explain exactly what was causing the issue, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood our options. He quickly got everything back to normal. It's hard to find companies that are both responsive and trustworthy, but A Raymond Plumbing exceeded our expectations. We are very grateful for Brandon's help and would highly recommend him and the entire team to anyone needing plumbing services.

Thomas came out at 7:00 this morning to unplug a toilet that my 12 year old granddaughter must have stuffed a roll of toilet paper down last night! 😳 He is polite, professional, and fast- my definition of a great service provider. All the plumbers with A Raymond are top notch. As a realtor, they’re my exclusive go to for my home, as well as all my client referrals.

I had been dealing with a collapsed sewer line for a month when my insurer contacted A. Raymond Plumbing due to various issues with other plumbing companies. Within half an hour of hearing my plight I had a plumber en route. They warned me that it could be up to a week before they could get to it. That was two days ago. This morning I received a call asking asking if they could head on out. By 3 p.m. the entire sewer line was replaced, backfilled and the entire back yard was raked and seeded. Exemplary job and communication. If you hadn't seen the equipment, you would never know they had ever been here!

I believe his name was Jon came and figured out the issue, submitted it to warranty. And everything got fixed and taken care very quickly and efficiently. Also very nice and thorough on explaining everything and the lady that works on scheduling everything was also very nice! Honestly best plumbers I’ve had business with so far, and I’ve dealt with my fair share since buying my house!

Thomas just spent 2+ hours jetting root ball after root ball out of my pipes. If you have to have a plumber come to your house, Thomas is the one you want. He was incredibly easy to work with. Showed me on the camera the issues and helped me with future steps. I am very grateful for the time he took both solving this issue and explaining things! 10 stars if possible.

We had a drain issue that was flooding our basement and laundry area via floor drain/utility sink, when running the washing machine. From the beginning to end, my experience was wonderful. Calling to schedule was super easy, and though I cannot recall her name at this moment (sorry!!) - the gal who answered and scheduled our service, was nothing short of understanding, kind and responsive to our needs. She was able to get us scheduled within a couple days, which we greatly appreciated. Never fun getting behind on laundry or cleaning up a water mess. Thomas N. was sent out to handle this reoccuring issue and I simply cannot say enough positive things about him! He was fantastic from the first step into our home. He was professional, respectful, extremely informative, and kind. I appreciated his thoughts and recommendations, his attention to detail, the thoroughness, with a great sense of humor to take a little stress off the situation! He treated our home and problem, like his own and took great care in work. He assured me he would figure out what was going on and know how fix it. Which he did!! Of course we hope to not need service in the future, but should that time come, we will definitely be calling A Raymond again! And would be happy if Thomas was our guy again.
