Both sinks in the lady's restroom were experiencing severe backups, leading to a frustrating situation. We utilized a snake and a bucket to tackle the issue, accessing the cleanout under the sinks. After running the snake 50 feet and overcoming some tough blockages, we reconnected the cleanout and tested the drains for 10 minutes. They now function perfectly.

The kitchen and laundry lines were experiencing significant backups, which caused inconvenience. We efficiently ran the kenway through the laundry cleanout, effectively clearing the obstruction. After the service, water now drains freely, restoring functionality to the home.

Arriving on-site, we found that the washer line was backing up into the floor drain, indicating a blockage in the branch line leading to the foundation. After inspecting the system, we effectively cleared the buildup in the cable branch line. Once finished, everything in the house was functioning properly, and we confirmed that water was draining efficiently.

We had a drain issue that was flooding our basement and laundry area via floor drain/utility sink, when running the washing machine. From the beginning to end, my experience was wonderful. Calling to schedule was super easy, and though I cannot recall her name at this moment (sorry!!) - the gal who answered and scheduled our service, was nothing short of understanding, kind and responsive to our needs. She was able to get us scheduled within a couple days, which we greatly appreciated. Never fun getting behind on laundry or cleaning up a water mess. Thomas N. was sent out to handle this reoccuring issue and I simply cannot say enough positive things about him! He was fantastic from the first step into our home. He was professional, respectful, extremely informative, and kind. I appreciated his thoughts and recommendations, his attention to detail, the thoroughness, with a great sense of humor to take a little stress off the situation! He treated our home and problem, like his own and took great care in work. He assured me he would figure out what was going on and know how fix it. Which he did!! Of course we hope to not need service in the future, but should that time come, we will definitely be calling A Raymond again! And would be happy if Thomas was our guy again.

Thomas came out at 7:00 this morning to unplug a toilet that my 12 year old granddaughter must have stuffed a roll of toilet paper down last night! 😳 He is polite, professional, and fast- my definition of a great service provider. All the plumbers with A Raymond are top notch. As a realtor, they’re my exclusive go to for my home, as well as all my client referrals.
