Everybody loves Raymond. Here’s the proof.

We had a great experience with A Raymond Plumbing. We called with a plumbing emergency, and they were able to get a plumber to our house within 30 minutes, which was incredibly reassuring. Brandon was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. He took the time to explain exactly what was causing the issue, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood our options. He quickly got everything back to normal. It's hard to find companies that are both responsive and trustworthy, but A Raymond Plumbing exceeded our expectations. We are very grateful for Brandon's help and would highly recommend him and the entire team to anyone needing plumbing services.

We had a drain issue that was flooding our basement and laundry area via floor drain/utility sink, when running the washing machine. From the beginning to end, my experience was wonderful. Calling to schedule was super easy, and though I cannot recall her name at this moment (sorry!!) - the gal who answered and scheduled our service, was nothing short of understanding, kind and responsive to our needs. She was able to get us scheduled within a couple days, which we greatly appreciated. Never fun getting behind on laundry or cleaning up a water mess. Thomas N. was sent out to handle this reoccuring issue and I simply cannot say enough positive things about him! He was fantastic from the first step into our home. He was professional, respectful, extremely informative, and kind. I appreciated his thoughts and recommendations, his attention to detail, the thoroughness, with a great sense of humor to take a little stress off the situation! He treated our home and problem, like his own and took great care in work. He assured me he would figure out what was going on and know how fix it. Which he did!! Of course we hope to not need service in the future, but should that time come, we will definitely be calling A Raymond again! And would be happy if Thomas was our guy again.

Thomas came out at 7:00 this morning to unplug a toilet that my 12 year old granddaughter must have stuffed a roll of toilet paper down last night! 😳 He is polite, professional, and fast- my definition of a great service provider. All the plumbers with A Raymond are top notch. As a realtor, they’re my exclusive go to for my home, as well as all my client referrals.

Thomas did an excellent job cleaning out our main drain. He was kind, considerate, and very informative throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It’s hard to find someone who is not only skilled but also genuinely cares about their customers. I believe his name was Jon came and figured out the issue, submitted it to warranty. And everything got fixed and taken care very quickly and efficiently. Also very nice and thorough on explaining everything and the lady that works on scheduling everything was also very nice! Honestly best plumbers I’ve had business with so far, and I’ve dealt with my fair share since buying my house!

I recently had a plumber come out from Raymond Plumbing, His name is Thomas and I was thoroughly impressed with the service! Unlike previous technicians from the same company, this plumber went above and beyond to fix everything that needed attention. He was professional, efficient, and solved the problem completely. I will definitely be requesting him for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend him!

Thomas just spent 2+ hours jetting root ball after root ball out of my pipes. If you have to have a plumber come to your house, Thomas is the one you want. He was incredibly easy to work with. Showed me on the camera the issues and helped me with future steps. I am very grateful for the time he took both solving this issue and explaining things! 10 stars if possible.

Jon did amazing work! Got an appointment with A Raymond Plumbing through HomeServe, and every step was fantastic. Their scheduler was friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to get an appointment quickly and at a time that fit my schedule. Jon arrived on time, was super friendly and communicated well throughout the whole process. My backed up basement toilet ended up needing to be cleared all the way to the street, and he was able to take care of all the HomeServe stuff while continuing to work extremely hard, needing to auger multiple locations. Overall an excellent experience!

I had been dealing with a collapsed sewer line for a month when my insurer contacted A. Raymond Plumbing due to various issues with other plumbing companies. Within half an hour of hearing my plight I had a plumber en route. They warned me that it could be up to a week before they could get to it. That was two days ago. This morning I received a call asking asking if they could head on out. By 3 p.m. the entire sewer line was replaced, backfilled and the entire back yard was raked and seeded. Exemplary job and communication. If you hadn't seen the equipment, you would never know they had ever been here!

Yesterday I used A Raymond’s plumbing and Nathaniel was my technician he was very thorough in telling me my issue and how to resolve it he fixed it promptly and cleaned up I would highly recommend him. 1/21/24Day 2 return of another part of the leaky sink…. I called Raymond plumbing and Heather made me a priority to get the issue taking care of she sent Nathaniel back out and once again he killed it, he repaired pipes in the wall he even reached out to HomeServe to get questions answered for me, He was amazing!!! Explaining again each thing to me as I inquired.Ask for Nathaniel if you ever need to use a plumbing service he is at A Raymond’s plumbing!!!!

These guys are great. Had standing water in floor drain and needed service before the holiday. They reworked their schedule to accommodate me the same day (shoutout to Heather!) Extremely nice and courteous people who went out of their way for me. Also cleared my drain within 20 minutes and offered advice for routine maintenance. Will recommend to everyone. A+ service!

Dana was amazing. We were needing to get an eatimate and service on tree roots in our main sewer line. He helped calm.me down, educated me with knowledge, and then made recommendations on the protocol for preventative maintenence. Dana went out of his way to inform us. We will definitely use A Raymond for any future plumber needs. Thank you, Dana and A Raymond!

Heather was great and got us scheduled immediately. Before the appointment, I received a text with a photo of the plumber that would be coming. Derek was professional, and polite and didn't mind our obnoxious dogs (he showed me a pic of his beautiful dog). They will be our go-to plumbing company and will recommend them to all my family and friends.

Had a great experience with this company. I have Homeserve. They assigned A. Raymond Plumbing. Derek cane out Christmas night to snake my main drain. We thought it was fixed, but unfortunately had to come back out today to resnake, run a camera, and ultimately hydrojet the line. Derek and his partner spent half the day here working my line. Cleaned up the entire mess before they left. Hopefully the problem is solved!!!

Everyone at A Raymond has been so helpful this week. Our sewer line went out of commission pretty rapidly, and the folks at A Raymond were able to come out and get things fixed much quicker than we thought possible. Dana was a great help both times he was here. And Josh and Erich were here to replace the sewer line. They were just the nicest guys and they did such a wonderful job. We are thanking God for leasing us to such a great company.

I had a water pipe burst due to the cold weather that came in December 2022. Dana, the plumber, came out to fix the pipes. He was very personable and delivered 5 star customer service. He also had the issue fixed in two hours with a very reasonable bill. If you need plumbing assistance call this company and ask for Dana. I can't recommend him enough for his service and professionalism!!!

We were having plumbing issues, with water all over in our basement. Raymond sent one of their experts (Mike), to troubleshoot and fix it, only to find out our main sewer line was damaged and needed to be replaced. Eric and Josh arrived a couple of days later to replace the sewer line by boring under our sidewalk, concrete steps, and deck to replace the broken line. Our backyard was barely disturbed at all. Plumbing was restored on day 2. Dirt holes were filled and properly tamped, and concrete in the basement replaced on day 3. These guys were awesome! Truly nice guys that answered all my questions and made us feel very comfortable with their knowledge and proficiency. Highly recommend this company!
