This policy explains what information A Raymond Plumbing Inc (“A Raymond Plumbing,” “we,” “us”) collects through araymondplumbing.com and how we use it. It covers this website, our callback form, website chat and text messages we send. It does not cover the separate written agreements or invoices for plumbing work.

What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address if you provide it, your town or service address, and the details you write about your plumbing problem, when you use the callback form, the chat, call us or text us.
• Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider receives standard request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which it uses to deliver and protect the site.
• Map tiles: on the Recent Projects page, the interactive map loads map images from OpenFreeMap, which receives your IP address and the map area you view.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or analytics tracking on this website. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy first.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, schedule and perform plumbing work, and follow up about it.
• To send service messages you ask for, such as appointment confirmations, arrival updates and, after a job, a request to review us.
• To keep records of our work, billing and warranty matters.
• To keep the website secure and working.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Our customer management and messaging platform (HighLevel/LeadConnector), which stores form, chat and text-message information for us.
• Our field-service and accounting software, used to schedule jobs and send invoices.
• Our website host (Cloudflare) and, on the projects map, OpenFreeMap.
• Your home-warranty company, if your job came to us through a warranty plan.
• Anyone we must share with to follow the law or protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you agree to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile number to send messages about your service request, appointments and job follow-ups. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Information is shared only with the providers that deliver the messages for us. You can reply STOP to stop messages at any time and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. How long we keep it

We keep customer and job records for as long as we need them to provide service, handle warranty questions, meet tax and accounting requirements and resolve disputes. Requests that never became a job are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call us or write to us at the address above. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging plumbing service. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as our website or services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
