About A Raymond Plumbing
A family plumbing company on both sides of the river
Andy and Joanne Raymond started A Raymond Plumbing in 2008. 18 years later it’s still family-run, working out of the shop at 2740 9th Ave in Council Bluffs and covering the whole Omaha metro.

How we work
Answer the phone. Show up. Explain it. Clean up.
That’s the job as our customers describe it. Read our reviews and the same things keep coming up: someone picked up, a plumber came out fast, they explained what was wrong and what the options were, and they left the place clean.
We’re a local, family-owned company, not a national call center. We work in homes and businesses in Omaha, Council Bluffs, Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista and the towns around them, and we take emergency calls around the clock.
Labor is billed at $135 for the first hour and $119 for each hour after. On bigger jobs, like a water heater replacement or a sewer line, you get the price before we start.
A lot of our calls come through home-warranty plans such as HomeServe. When that’s how a job comes in, we work with your plan.

What neighbors say
Outstanding company. John and the entire office crew are top notch. Came out to help find a water leak, I'm outside of the service area and they still went above and beyond to help me get it taken care of. 100% recommend.
Thomas was amazing!!! I have been looking for a plumber/company that is honest, trustworthy and gets the job done without delay…. Thomas will not disappoint! A Raymond is very professional. Thank you!
