A toilet that wasn’t flushing properly needed immediate attention to avoid further inconvenience. We replaced the flapper in the upstairs women’s bathroom, ensuring optimal function. The necessary parts were supplied, restoring the toilet's performance effectively and efficiently.
Disconnect & Re-Connect Fixtures
An outdated bar sink faucet was hindering functionality and user experience. We replaced the existing faucet with a customer-supplied model, ensuring proper installation and verifying its operation. This upgrade not only enhanced the sink's performance but also added a fresh look to the bar area.
Floor Drain Clogged
A clogged floor drain was causing significant water buildup in the area, which required immediate attention. We ran a forty-foot opening line through the drain, ensuring that it was clear by running ample water. This thorough process confirmed the line was fully operational, effectively resolving the drainage issue.
Cable Main Line Ran Mainline Two Times
Heavy blockage in the main line resulted in poor drainage, necessitating our intervention. We successfully ran the mainline two times, each spanning one hundred feet, effectively pulling out extensive root mass and multiple feminine products. Following our work, the line is now open and fully draining.
Floor Drain Clogged, Cleared
A floor drain was experiencing a blockage, disrupting proper drainage. We promptly cleared the clog, using specialized equipment to ensure the drain was fully unobstructed. Now, the water flow runs smooth, ensuring effective drainage and maintaining hygiene in the area.
Upstairs Bathroom Leaking Into Basement
An upstairs bathroom leak was causing water to drip into the basement, leading to potential damage. We identified the source of the leak and promptly replaced the pipe. After completing the repairs, we performed a thorough check to prevent any future leaks.
